We enjoy working from footing to finish work.  Although a lot of contractors believe in hiring all subs to complete all the work, we do not.  Garry hires very few subcontractors.  The fact that we do most of the work ourselves means that we take control of the quality of the work.  Less people on the job site means to you the customer, less problems with communication, less time waiting for subs to show up, no sloppy work, and less chance of job injury from reducing the number of  people working on the job site.

You, the customer, gain because Garry takes great pride in his work.  And Garry is a true master craftsman, one who cares about putting his name on his work.  We have noticed his houses rarely come on the market for resale.  His customers must be happy with the quality!
